6.  Bacalah ta’awudz dengan pelan:

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

7.  Bacalah Surat Al-fatihah, dan sebelumnya membaca basmalah dengan pelan, dan berhenti di setiap akhir ayat.
8.  Ucapkanlah amiin setelah selesai Al-fatihah, baik jadi imam, makmum, maupun shalat sendiri.
9.  Keraskan bacaan amiin jika anda menjadi makmum.
10. Bacalah surat yang anda hafal.
11. Diam sejenak seusai baca surat.
12. Mulai rukuk dengan mengangkat kedua tangan sejajar pundak atau telinga, ucapkan Allahu akbar sambil bergerak turun.
13. Letakkan telapak tangan di lutut, dengan posisi mencengkeram, jari-jari direnggangkan, dan siku agak dibentangkan.
14. Punggung lurus, kepala lurus dengan punggung, dan lakukan dengan thumakninah.
15. Bacalah doa rukuk setelah anda sempurna rukuk:

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ

16. Bangkit, sambil mengucapkan:

سَمِعَ الله لِمَنْ حَمِدَه

17. Disambung dengan bacaan:

رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الحَمْدُ

dalam posisi sudah berdiri sempurna
18. Dianjurkan untuk memperlama berdiri i’tidal dan bersikap tenang.
19. Durunlah menuju sujud sambil bertakbir:  Allahu akbar dan letakkan tangan sebelum lutut.
20. Sujud dengan bertumpu pada 7 anggota badan: wajah (kening dan hidung), dua telapak tangan, dua lutut, dan dua ujung kaki.
21. Posisi jari tangan dirapatkan menghadap kiblat, telapak tangan sejajar pundak atau sejajar telinga.
22. Tangan membentang ke samping, punggung posisi tengah dan kaki hampir menyiku.
23. Tenang dan bacalah doa sujud:

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى

24. Bangkit dari sujud sambil membaca takbir: Allahu akbar, kemudian duduk iftirasy.
25. Punggung tegak, letakkan telapak tangan di atas paha atau lutut, posisi jari agak renggang
26.  Baca doa:

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي

27. Kemudian bergerak turun sambil bertakbir. Dan sujudlah sebagaimana cara yang pertama.
28. Bangkit dari sujud, tanpa membaca takbir, lakukanlah duduk istirahat sejenak, dengan Posisi duduk iftirasy.
29. Kemudian berdiri ke rakaat berikutnya dengan bertumpu pada kedua tangan, sambil bertakbir.
30. Berdirilah sempurna dan langsung sedekap.
31. Lakukan seperti yang anda lakukan pada rakaat sebelumnya.
32. Setelah anda mendapatkan dua rakaat, bertakbir kemudian duduk tasyhud awal. duduk iftirasy,
letakkan telapak tangan di atas paha atau lutut, posisi jari agak renggang, acungkan jari telunjuk tangan kanan
33. Baca doa tasyahud awal:

التَّحِيَّاتُ للهِ، وَالصَّلَوَاتُ، وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ الله وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْنَا، وَعَلَى عِبَادِ الله الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إلَهَ إلَّا الله، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

34. Dianjurkan untuk ditambah dengan bacaan shalawat:

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَلَى آلِ إبْرَاهِيمَ، إنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَلَى آلِ إبْرَاهِيمَ، إنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

35. Bangkit dengan membaca Allahu akbar. Dan setelah sempurna berdiri angkatlah kedua tangan dan bersedekaplah.
36. Setelah di rakaat terakhir, duduknya tanyahud akhir dengan posisi tawarruk. Posisi tangan di atas paha, acungkan telunjuk tangan kanan.
37. Bacalah tasyahud dan shalawat:

CARA MENINGGIKAN BADAN

Terkadang kita merasa tidak percaya diri dengan mempunyai badan yang pendek bahkan hampir semua wanita di Indonesia. Kebanyakan faktor penyebabnya adalah tidak rajin berolahraga dan mengkonsumsi makanan yang tidak teratur. Banyak cara dalam meninggikan badan, salah satunya adalah dengan cara alami.
Berikut tips-tips berikut cara meninggikan badan secara alami, diantaranya adalah :
1. Berolahraga rutin dengan melakukan olahraga seperti lari, jogging selama 20 menit.
2. Setelah melakukan lari dan badan kita sudah pemanasan, lanjutkan langsung ke langkah berikutnya yaitu dengan cara push up and sit up secukupnya.
3. Dengan cara bergelantungan diatas pintu, lalu usahakan angkat badan anda minimal 3 kali untuk permulaan, dan selanjutnya meningkat dan meningkat menjadi 30 dan dilakukan rutin setiap hari.
4.  Minumlah air sehari sebanyak 8 gelas sehari agar badan tetap sehat karena badan kita setiap harinya mengeluarkan keringat. Dan minumlah susu kalsium, vitamin, dan minumlah ber-ion yang berfungsi yaitu menambah daya tahan kita agar tetap sehat.
5.  Berhenti merokok dan meminum air es karena akan mempengaruhi daya tahan tubuh anda membuat perut Anda menjadi buncit.
6. Beristirahat cukup dan tidur yang teratur.
7. Olahraga dengan melakukan berenang.

CARA MENGKILAPKAN KUKU DENGAN ALAMI

Kuku adalah bagian tubuh yang perlu di rawat dan tidak boleh di abaikan begitu saja. Bentuk kuku yang indah, jelas berpengaruh besar pada penampilan seseorang. Khususnya penampilan seorang wanita.
Banyak yang bisa di lakukan untuk membuat kuku terlihat sangat indah. Misalnya saja memanjangkan kuku jari tangan atau mewarnainya. Selain itu, anda juga bisa membuatnya tampak mengkilap.
Kuku panjang ataupun pendek jika di bersihkan asal-asalan pasti hasilnya tidak bisa benar-benar maksimal. Di pojok kuku pasti masih ada kotoran yang tampak maupun tidak tampak. Kalaupun terjangkau, pastinya tidak bisa seperti bagian depanya yang benar-benar terlihat bersih.
Oleh karena itu, di butuhkan cara untuk membuatnya bersih secara maksimal. Cara aman mudah juga murah untuk membersihkan bagian kuku juga bisa membuatnya mengkilap adalah dengan memanfaatkan jeruk nipis.

Cara membersihkan dan mengkilapkan kuku.

Langkah pertama untuk membersihkan dan mengkilapkan kuku adalah mencuci tangan atau kaki anda sampai bersih. Tergantung kuku jari kaki atau jari tangan yang akan anda buat mengkilap. Atau mencuci kedua-duanya juga lebih bagus.
Kemudian siapkan air hangat yang di tempatkan pada sebuah ember. Ember tidak harus berukuran besar, Yang penting kedua kaki atau tangan anda muat jika di masukan ke dalam ember tersebut. Kemudian campurkan air hangat tadi dengan air perasan dari jeruk nipis. Semakin banyak air perasan dari jeruk nipis yang di campurkan, maka hasilnya akan semakin bagus.
Langkah selanjutnya, rendam jari tangan atau jari kaki anda selama 10 menit. Pastikan kuku dalam keadaan 100% tenggelam. Kemudian angkat dan bersihkan bagian sudut kuku yang masih terlihat kotorannya. Kemudian rendam kaki atau tangan anda kembali. Setelah itu angkat dan lihatlah hasilnya.
